About Our Pharmacy
We're dedicated to getting to know you, but first here's a bit about us.
A Family Business
Vermont Family Pharmacy opened in December 1983 under the leadership of Manny Chernoff. In 1996, his daughter, Lynne Vezina, joined the pharmacy full time. Both Manny and Lynne are proud graduates of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.
From the start, the pharmacy has focused on exceptional customer service. Patients consistently remark on the personalized care they receive. Our pharmacists take the time to explain new medications, and our system performs thorough cross-checks to help identify potential drug interactions
In March of 1989, we began an affiliation with Prescription Compounding Centers of America. We are a full compounding pharmacy. We are happy to make any custom compound for a patient. Just have your doctor phone in a prescription. Some insurance plans cover compound reimbursement, so be sure to let us know which plan you have!.
